Preparing Your Items

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY: PLEASE DO NOT BRING WRINKLED, FADED, UNBUTTONED, UNZIPPED, STAINED, SMELLEY, ITEMS TO OUR SALE. PLEASE DO NOT BE OFFENDED IF WE SEND HOME ITEMS WITH YOU.
Please make sure clothing is washed and pressed if needed. Wrinkled clothing does not sell!
Use child hangers on items 0-3T. Mark your hangers with your consignor number if you would like them returned.
Place your items on the hanger with the hook facing left. It will look like a question mark. See Example Below.
Skirts, shorts, and pants need to be secured on the hangers with safety pins larger than 1", no little gold pins. NO STRAIGHT PINS ALLOWED! If you have the skirt hangers use them~! I have found hangers for .25$. If you mark your hangers we will get those back to you.
Pants need to be secured to the hangers with safety pins and not folded over! They will end up on the floor! Use pants hangers if you have them.
Onesies such as gerber need to be rolled and put in ziplock bags. They sell better if you roll 3-5 and sell as a lot. Onesies that are nicer can be hung on hangers.
Socks and underwear must be new/unworn and packed in zip lock bags.

All shoes must be in excellent condition! IF THEY HAVE DIRTY SOLES PLEASE DO NOT BRING THEM. If they look used please don't bring them to the sale. Please limit your shoes to 10 of your best pairs.
Shoes need to be packed in a zip lock bag with the tag taped to the front.
Toys and games must be clean and free of dirt, grime, writing, etc!
We have great sucess in cleaning our games and toys with the magic eraser. Generic ones work just as well. They remove stubbon spots!
Toys and games must be in great working order. Batteries can be bought at the dollar store.
Toys that have loose pieces should be placed in a zip-lock bag and then attached to the item as secure as possible! We cannot be responsible for lost or missing pieces.
If you are consigning items that require installation please include the instruction manual or directions. If you have misplaced the instructions please refer to the manufacturers website for printable instructions.
Blankets: Hang and pin blankets over hangers so that shoppers can see them. If they are small recieving blankets, put 2 or 3 in a ziplock bag with the tag taped to the outside.
Consignors please refer to our RECALL/OUTDATED page to get current information on recalled and outdated toys/equipment/etc. No recalled or outdated items are allowed to be consigned.

Your items need to be entered into our inventory system. Tags will be automatically printed- NEW!
Once you register to be a consignor you will be emailed your inventory system.
When describing the item, list the brand, color, and how many pieces are with the outfit. In case the tag falls off the item, a detailed description will help us find where it belongs.
To minimize the amount of items sent to the missing tag/missing item area, please make additional tags for a set. For example, if you have a table and chairs, tags the chairs with 2 of 3 and 3 of 3.
When pricing, use whole amounts, no items can be under $1.00. Pair items together if needed. Refer to our Pricing Tips at the bottom of the page for pricing suggestions.
Make sure you indicate if you want that item to participate in the 1/2 price sale. Once your selection has been made it will print the information on the tag.
Make sure you indicate if you want that item donated or picked-up if it does not sell.
You must have all of your items tagged and priced prior to coming to "Drop Off"!

Consignors are responsible for setting the price of their items.
When pricing items, price in whole dollar amounts. No items can be priced under $1.00. Consider pairing up garments together, such as a skirt and tee.
Price your items as if you were the buyer not the seller. Don't price an item higher because it has special meaning to you!
Items sell better if they are paired together with a like item. For example, pair baby books together, pair infant toys together in the same bag, pair a cute outfit together!
The general rule for pricing your items is to figure 30%-40% of what you originally paid. The condition of the item will raise or lower that figure.
Your items will likely sell if you present them well, we can't stress that enough!
