Consignors who work a 4 hour shift recieve a generous 80% of their selling price! Volunteers who work 8 hours also have their consignment fee waived. Come volunteer for a 4 or 8 hour shift, shop early before the sale, meet new people, have fun, and take a break from being "mom"!  All volunteers who work the shift that are assigned to them are automatically entered in our Volunteer Raffle! 

 

To volunteer send an email to rfitch@cox.net letting her know that you are interested in becoming a volunteer and she will get back to very shortly.   

 

For our first few sales we are not allowing this, but for our next sale it is a possibility!

 

You may bring one child over the age of 10 to help you.  Hopefully this will change at our next sale.

 

We have many positions available.  Once you volunteer we will let you know what is left available. 

 

What happens if I don't show up?

To help deter the possibility of a volunteer not showing up, EVMAZ will discount the profits from 80% to 50% and possibly not allow that volunteer to volunteer with us again. 

 

Should an emergency arise, please call Rachelle at 480-586-1500 asap to let her know, and we will see if another volunteer can fill your spot.  We will do our best to fill you in somewhere else, but you will only recieve 80% of your sales if you fullfill your entire 4 hour shift and have your consignment fee of $8 waived as well if you volunteer for 8. 

 

Yes!  There are tables in the mall to eat at and a snack bar in the mall to buy snacks, drinks, ice cream, etc.
