We want your shopping experience with us to be a pleasant one and that you will want to return and shop with us again. 
 
                                        PAYMENT METHODS
 
We accept all major credit and debit cards.  In addition, our payment methods include check, money order or Paypal.  You can pay securely online with PayPal.  If you pay by check, merchandise will not be shipped until 5-7 days after receipt of check in order for the check to clear.  If, after 10 days from placing your order, the check or money order has not been received, the merchandise will be placed back in the inventory for sale. 
 
                         SHIPPING/INSURANCE CLAIMS
Shipping charges will be added to all orders unless otherwise specified. 
 
All shipping rates are for the continental United States.  All others, including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, will require additional shipping charges.  Please call for this information.  Please be aware that International shipments may incur import taxes upon arrival, depending upon your country's policies.
 
I ship by USPS, UPS or Federal Express depending on the size of the item within 3-7 days of receipt of payment or after check clears (5-7 days). 
 
I strongly advise that you insure all items being shipped. PLEASE NOTE uninsured lost items WILL NOT BE COVERED  by the shipper and Graceful Rose is not liable for refunds due to loss or damage by the shipper.  Great care is taken in packaging of your product but occasionally items may get damanged in transit.  If your item has been damaged, we will be happy to file the insurance claim for you and follow up to ensure that your refund is credited as soon as the shipping service pays the claim.  Once a claim has been submitted, the shipping service picks up the package from your home and the claim will take approximately 10 business days.  All shipping services require that you retain the original packging and box for their inspection and processing of your claim.  Please keep all original packaging intact and with your item for pick up. Failure to do so may result in your claim being rejected.
 
                                 RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  In the event you wish to return an item for any reason other than due to damages, please contact us via email within 5 days of receipt of purchase to obtain a return Authorization Number.  Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.  Items must be received within 10 days of issuance of the Authorization Number.
 
Shipping and insurance fees are not refundable.
 
Returned items should be packaged securely in their original packaging and original condition, and MUST be insured for the value of the item..  The original packing slip along with your Return Authorization Number must be included as well.  Returns which become lost or damaged during shipping and have not been insured shall VOID all refunds or store credit.
 
Sales taxes at a rate of 6% will be charged for shipments to Kentucky only.
