Do you have a storefront shop?
No. We do not have a storefront shop set up for
"shopping".We are an internet based business. We are a small home
based business only set up to do business on the internet. You can make
arrangements for local area pick ups by calling or emailing us in advance YOU
CAN PLACE SECURE ORDERS ON LINE ORDERS 24 HOURS A DAY - SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!
(when we are not on a holiday scedule or if we are closed) WE PROVIDE THE
HIGHEST FORM OF SECURE SERVER AVAILABLE!
Regardless of the method of payment you choose to order, all
of our orders are processed through our secure shopping cart and credit card
orders are processed through our payment gateway paypal so we don't view any of
your credit card or personal information. Plus you do not have to have a Paypal
account to use a credit card, they just process your information for us.
Do you have frequent sales?
We occasionally have sales on a monthly or weekly basis.
Some are store wide sales and some items may be on sale for that particular
week or month. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will be aware of
upcoming sales. By subscribing to our newsletter, subscribers from time to time
will receive special discount coupons with codes only will subscrubers.
Do you offer free samples?
We understand that you would prefer to try products out
before using them and that is completely understandable. We do offer small
samplers on our Sampler Size page to purchase. We offer free samples per paid
orders.
Do you accept money orders and checks?
At this time are only accepting secure credit card payments
via Paypal direct cash payments, and E checks only
Do you accept Paypal and Google checkout?
Yes we accept Paypal but we do not have Google checkout at
this time.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, orders are
non-returnable/non-refundable.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and payment is received, you cannot
cancel your order. If you email us
before your order is processed, we will cancel the order and send a refund
within 24-48 hours of cancellation. We also
reserved the right to refuse service to anyone.
If you place an order and did not pay for your items, your
order will not be sent to us until your items are paid for.
What type of major credit cards to you accept and is it
secure?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners

Yes your transaction is secure. When
paying with a credit card, please select Paypal. There is a link on the Paypal
page for accepting credit cards. Paypal
process all of our credit card transactions. We do not view any credit card information so
you can rest assure that your information is kept safe.
What method of shipping do you use?
We currently use USPS at the moment, we are thinking about
getting UPS as one of our shipping methods. We just find that UPS can be a
little more expensive shipping method but some may prefer to use it. UPS do not
provide Flat Rate Envelops and Flat Rate boxes as USPS provides for low cost
shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to Canada.
The website is not set up to do other International countries shipping. But we
are working on having this option available. All international payments will be
credit card payments and paypal only. No exceptions.
When can I expect my order?
If you do not have a large order, you can expect our items
to be shipped out within 1-3 days. If you have a large order, this may take
some time for your items to be shipped. Once our items are shipped, you will
receive a email confirmation showing that it was shipped or will be shipped.
*Shipping times also depends on the area of the country
you live in. If you live on the East Coast and select Priority Mail, expect to
receive your parcal in 2-3 days. Mostly within 2 days. If you live on the Mid
or West coast, it may take longer but it should be no more than 3 days not
including Sundays.
*First Class Mail usually takes about 2-5 days again depending on
where you live
*Parcel Post is the slowest mail. usually within 2-9 days so please
be aware of this when select this shipping method.
*Priority
Mail usually takes approximately 2-3 days. This also depends on your location.
Flat Rate Priority boxes and envelopes will be used to save you $$. This is
based on whether you order will fit in envelopes or if you have large orders
for Flat Rate Boxes for 8.95
Once your items are shipped, you will receive a email
confirmation showing that your shipping label was printed and ready to be shipped.
*Shipping times also depends on the area of the country you live in.
Do you do wholesale?
At this time we do not do wholesale orders. But we do encourage custom orders
Our
products are made fresh when ordered. We
do not have our products premade and sitting on shelves because we don't use
preservatives in a lot of our products. We
want your products to arrive fresh and not loaded with preservatives. We pride
ourselves on quality.
Do you have a catalog?
No. Everything that we have is listed on the web site along
with pricing and a convenient ordering process. We may discontinue a product
and replace it with a new item or we may have new items from time to time so
this will result in redoing catalogs on a regular basis which can get costly.

What happens when I receive a damage or lost packages?
We
try our best to pack all boxes very carefully to ensure the safe arrival of
your products. However, damages during shipment can happen from time to time.
We do everything we can prior to shipping to make sure your package will arrive
safely without damages. You have the right to refuse damaged boxes. If this
occurs, please contact us and we can re-ship your order only on the returned of
refused damaged boxes. We will deal with USPS and take care of the damaged
items. If there is a leaky jar or bottle that was improperly packaged, then we
will replace that item and only that item.
We
try to do our best to tightly secure our items to prevent leakage from
happening but from time to time we make mistakes and we are only human and it
will occur.
We
will not replace lost items due to the USPS. Once it leaves our hands and sent
to the post office, its the post offices responsibility to get your items
there. We urge you add a 1.65 to your order for lost items. Just specify in
comments area that you are adding 1.65 to your order for insurance.
I have a different address on my Paypal account what do I
do?
As I print all my Paypal payments shipping labels from
Paypal, please make sure your shipping address is the same address in your
order. This to protect me as a seller
from fraudulent transactions and I can only ship to the shipping address at
Paypal. Please make sure your shipping address at Paypal is up to date. I will
not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address..
Can I have my items shipped to a different address?
Yes you can have your order shipped to another address. Just
make sure your shipping address at checkout have the address you want it
shipped to. No problem.
What is the minimum order?
Although we appreciate every order that we receive, we do
have a minimum of $5.00 per order.
