Refunds:
Due to the nature of the products, we do not issue refunds. But I will do my best to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their order. I will do my best to work with the customer to work out any issues that may arise. I put in a lot of work and time to make sure everything is perfect before it leaves my hands. This is why we offer customizing because everyone likes different things and have different taste and I want you to be able to choose what you want from what I have to offer.

Replacements:
I will be more than glad to replace a product under certain circumstances such as : wrong item, wrong scent.
Damage merchandise is not our responsibility and we will not replace items that was damaged during transit due to USPS. We apologize for this inconvenience. If the items is leaking due to loose tops and other problems due to our negligence we will replace it.

Shipping:
All items will be shipped out 2-3 days of receiving the order. If special ordering, this may take more days, but will email or call when order is ready to be shipped. I will not be responsible for incorrect mailing address so please verify all information prior to paying to make sure it is correct. I usually ship only First Class or Priority shipping. I do offer Express delivery as an extra charge. All handling fees are including in the final shipping cost.
IF YOUR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION STATES THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED, I WILL NOT REPLACE ANY UNDELIVERED ITEMS.
Items that have been seriously lost by USPS I will replace but under individual circumstances. Please do not email me if your package has not arrived after a week. If your package has not arrive after 3 weeks, please email me and I will look into it. If by 4 weeks your item has not arrived, I will replace it

Payments:
I will not process orders til I receive payments. I accept credit cards, debit cards and or cash payment through Paypal accounts. I do not take money order payments through the website but only if you order through Etsy. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use a credit card. All credit card payments will be processed through Paypal not me. I do not view any credit/ debit card information. This is handled through paypal for me. For all orders if for any reason your order is delayed, you will be notified either through phone oremail.

We will only accept Paypal or Credit Card transactions via the website. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you would like to pay by money or or cashiers check. Please check out my Etsy shop where I do accept these forms of payments

PayPal no longer requires you to have an account with them in order to purchase our products! New customers can now make direct credit card purchases just like any other secure online purchase. You will be offered the OPTION of obtaining a PayPal account AFTER you complete your transaction, but a PayPal account is no longer required to use their services.
